Proactive Rapid Development Strategy

Due to delays in development and a desire to make the community livable more quickly, management and engaged members have introduced a new policy, the Proactive Rapid Development Strategy (PRDS).

This strategy aims to improve living conditions and prepare the community for settlement by members living in the Diaspora. We have established clear timelines and guidelines for both existing members and newcomers, encouraging active participation in the community's rapid growth. Members and prospective residents are advised to prioritize their projects, such as wall fencing, home construction, or other permanent structures, to develop and beautify the community.
